Corrie Thies, Owner

After serving the University of Arizona community for over 27 years, I decided it was time to retire, effective January 1, 2009. What a great decision that has turned out to be. Here I am, several years later—and totally enjoying my photography.

Very few, if any, of my photos have been edited with Photoshop (or any other photo-editing program). For those few photos that have been edited, the changes have been very minor. What you see is what you get.

I take pictures to bless others. It’s as simple as that. It’s been said that the main purpose of photography and art is to evoke a response from the viewer, hopefully a positive one. If my work can bring a smile to even one person, I will have succeeded indeed.
